All About Wine

All About Wine

Wine is a very popular beverage for many people in America and across the world. People in all walks of life enjoy a glass of wine with dinner, when getting together with friends, or when dining out at a nice restaurant. Wine comes in many different types, each with varying quality, cost, and availability. For all of its gaining popularity, wine is not a recent addition to the human experience. It has been around, in one form or another, for thousands of years.

The simplest definition of wine is that it is a beverage made from fermented grape juice. The process of fermenting creates alcohol as yeast breaks down the sugars that are found naturally in grapes. Different grapes and different yeasts have been experimented with over the centuries to produce different types of wine. Grapes are grown all over the world, but mainly require a temperate climate that is not too hot or too cold. Grapes do not handle freezing temperatures well, and will wilt on the vine if the weather is too hot. Other fruit juices can be fermented to create alcoholic beverages, but just using the word “wine” is universally recognized as coming from grapes.

Wine has been around in some form since at least 6,000 B.C. At the dawn of civilization, people discovered how to make wine from local grape varieties, and it has stuck with us ever since. For thousands of years, before refrigeration and reliable water filtration, wine was the most popular drink around. When put into an airtight bottle, wine can last for years. Clean water was often difficult to come by, so wine was used as a staple. Wine was diluted with water to make it very weak, and was most of what a person would drink in a day. The alcohol would kill whatever impurities lived in the water, which often came from lakes or rivers on the edge of town that were far from clean due to sewage runoff and overuse.

Wine comes in different varieties. Red wine is made from the dark red or purple grapes. It is usually served at room temperature and requires time to “breathe.” When exposed to the air, it oxidizes, which alters the flavor. Oxidation is required for most red wines to bring out the intended flavor of the wine. White wine is made from white or green grapes. White wines are usually served chilled. White wine requires some oxidation, but not near as much as red wine. White wines often have a dry taste. Wine enthusiasts use the beverage to accentuate the flavors in meals and appetizers. Different wines are suggested for different dishes, such as certain types of red wine for veal and certain types of white wine for fish.

Wine is found almost everywhere and has a very rich history. From Europe, to America, to Asia, to Australia, wine is grown locally and imported for people who truly enjoy the beverage. Wine has been around since the beginning of civilization, and it is a good bet that it will be around for a long time to come.

Time to Wash the Dog

Time to Wash the Dog

Just like you and me, dogs need a wash every now and again to keep clean. Even though a dog spends a lot of time licking himself to stay clean, nothing can substitute for water and shampoo. When you stop and think about it, dogs do some pretty dirty things. They walk in the yard that they use as a bathroom, they roll around in questionable materials, they sniff each other in embarrassing places, and their beds do not get cleaned near as much as yours does. As a responsible pet owner, it is your job to make sure that the dog stays clean.

Unlike humans, dogs do not need to be bathed every day. Dogs have sensitive skin that can dry out if they are bathed too often. Most veterinarians will recommend that you only bathe your pooch every few weeks, unless he gets in a big mess. If your dog has hair that sheds profusely, you should spend plenty of time brushing him to get as much of it out as possible. This will keep it from being left on your couch.

Washing a dog is not like washing a person. Dogs are usually pretty active, and unless trained, will not sit idly while you hose them down. If you have a small to medium sized dog, the best place to bathe him is in the bathtub. The high sides will help you keep the dog corralled, and you can spend more time concentrating on the actual washing. If you have a shower nozzle that is removable (attached to a hose), you are better off. If not, a large cup will be good enough to pour water over the dog. Make sure that the water is cool to warm (depending on the season), but not too cold or too hot. You do not want to scald the dog with hot water, and if he is shivering, the water is too cold.

Make sure to use a shampoo that is specially formulated for dogs. Many brands are available with many scents. Whatever your preference is should work just fine. Dog shampoos are created with a dog’s hair and skin in mind. They keep the skin from drying out and condition the hair.

When you are ready to start, wet the dog thoroughly. If using a bathtub, it is best to be on your knees so that you can reach into the tub and handle the dog. If the dog is trying to escape, you will need to use one hand to hold the dog and the other to wash. Once the dog is wet, squirt shampoo all along his back. Work the shampoo in with your hands to create lather. Make sure that you work the shampoo into all of the dog’s parts, getting each section of the dog as clean as possible. Once complete, rinse the dog completely. Make sure that all of the shampoo is washed out. Once finished, dry the dog with a towel to get all of the excess water then let the dog go and watch out: He is going to shake the rest of the water out!

A clean dog is a happy dog. Taking the time to keep your dog clean will help him to remain healthy.

Targeted Training

Targeted Training

Many working adults are at a point in their career where experience alone will not allow them to advance any further. They are excellent workers, but their education level is not high enough to push them up to the next rung on the ladder. For many people, getting a college degree is the answer. This is always a good idea, and will almost always pay off. But, going the whole nine yards for a degree is not always necessary. For almost any career path out there, specialized career training is available that will give you the advanced skills you need to advance while letting you complete the training in as short a time as possible.

Career training courses are almost the same as college degree programs. The big difference is that the training programs are targeted towards a specific skill, while the degree programs are very broad. This means that instead of requiring the student to take language, humanities, general math, and history classes, all training will be geared specifically towards the certification topic. This might not be the best course to take when looking for general business skills. However, when you want to advance in IT, graphic design, project management, Six Sigma, finance, health care, or any of a number of specific categories, these training programs are perfect.

When one of these training programs is complete, the student receives a certificate of completion. The programs are offered at most colleges and universities, so there is no concern about the legitimacy of the certification. The certificates might not represent as much study as a full college degree, but when coupled with work experience, they show the student to be a master of his chosen field. Truly ambitious students will go for a college degree first and then attend one or more career training programs to hone their expertise. Learning new skills is always beneficial. The more you know, the more you are qualified to do, the more valuable you will be to your employer. This means that you are more likely to be considered for that promotion, and are more likely to be safe should a round of layoffs occur.

Career training programs are available in many forms. Most traditional colleges and universities have career training departments. The classes are often geared towards working adults and are held in the evening or on weekends. If the student prefers a classroom environment, this is a great path to take. For students who want to learn from home, more and more online programs are being developed and made available all the time. These programs offer the same training opportunities, but deliver them in a different format. Many working adults have enough trouble juggling work and family responsibilities. Trying to add school can be very difficult. Online programs give you a chance to stay home to complete the classes on your own time.

Education is important. The lack of education is what might be standing in the way of you and a lucrative promotion. With the profusion of certificate programs available, you are running out of excuses to continue delaying your education.

Making Money as a Genealogist

Making Money as a Genealogist

People that enter the field of professional genealogy do so because they are drawn to the work that is done and because there is a high demand in this field. However, everyone that is involved or wants to become involved in professional genealogy wonders what he or she will do to actually make a living. They wonder what they will end up doing on a day-to-day basic to make ends meet and pay for their education. There are several ways for a genealogist to make money in this high market for family history. Many professional genealogists also function in more capacities than just one, drawing income from several places. Here is a synopsis of several different ways current professional genealogists make their living.
One thing you can do is conduct genealogical research for others. When people decide they would like to find out more about their own family history, they often have no idea where to start. Also, without access to local history in the area they are researching, they are at a loss. There will always be a market for researchers with solid knowledge of local sources.

You could also do research for asset recovery firms and heir tracers. When people lose track of their relatives before their death, the estate they leave behind will be unclaimed. Recovery firms try to match unclaimed estates, stocks, bonds and real estate with the rightful heirs. They do this by doing research death certificates, more recent census schedules, city directories, phone books, probates, obituaries, land records, cemetery files and any other record that may divulge biographical information and prove relationships to locate the nearest living relative.

Another outlet for a professional genealogist is to write family history articles and books and enter the world of genealogical publishing. There are more than 30 book-publishing companies and four magazines in the field. Also, with this demand there will be a need for editors, designers, marketers and other publishing jobs that will require a background in genealogy.

There are an estimated 2,000 genealogical societies in the United States. All of these societies are looking for new people to discuss new topics with the members. These societies will usually pay a fee to a lecturer. However, it might be beneficial to start on a smaller circuit with Lions Clubs and church groups to get practice in public speaking on your particular subject area expertise.

Teaching classes in genealogy at local colleges and universities is a steady form of income. This growing field has students interested in many subtopics in the field of genealogy and therefore, the need for teachers in these fields are also growing.

Lastly, you could work as an archivist, librarian or society administrator. These jobs are located within local libraries, university libraries, museums and even the National Archives. Certain genealogical societies also have paid positions in management that require a background in genealogy as well.

This is just a few of the ways to get paid in the field of genealogy. There are other positions and income producing work that can be done. This work is rewarding, but professional genealogists work hard so they can do what they love to do.

Pet Accessories

With the popularity of the idea of treating pets lavishly, many online stores now offer their services to accommodate this need. You can find a variety of products available online; all you need to do is to train your pet how to use and enjoy these products. Here you will find some online pet products you can mostly find in online stores and a few tips on how to use them and train your pets accordingly.

You can find dog beds both in regular and small size, in a variety of designs and prints. Beds have different styles from a proper bed with closet to even a bed mat. You can also go for scented beds having a sweet smell. There are beds from hard foam to even ultra soft. They have different price ranges so you can see how much you can afford and go for the one you find the best for your dog. Then there are bowls to feed your doggie. Price range varies a lot depending upon the material used to manufacture the bowl. You can find a range from mini portable bowls to proper bowls. Dogs know their plate and once you feed your doggie in a specific bowl each time, he can learn to eat from that bowl only. This will make him well-mannered.

Then there is a wide variety of clothes available out there to dress up your doggie perfectly. There are pinks for female dogs and blues for male. You can select from a variety of colors, designs, prints, and material. With clothing there are other accessories also available like jackets, shoes, diapers, pants and even hangers. You should teach your doggie to accept putting on clothes. You must practice getting doggie clothes on and off at home and give your dog treats and make dressing a very happy time for the both of you. Take your time when dressing your dog, and select doggie clothes that are easy to get on and off and look for clothes with Velcro closings or snaps and generous sized arm holes. Select your doggie’s clothes for comfort as well as for style. Once your doggie is accustomed to getting clothes on and off at home, you will not face any problem putting a sweater on your dog if a sudden chilly wind blows up somewhere and you want your dog to stay warm.

There are a variety of collars available for your sweet pet too. You can select the one which goes with all outfits or you can buy a matching collar for every dress, it’s up to you! Then there are grooming items also available in these stores which cater to your dog’s cleanliness need. There are products for ears, eyes, face, teeth, nails and more. You can also buy gifts and toys for your pets which you can give them as an appreciation if they do what you have asked them to do. You can also find dog carriers which can be used to carry your dog with you, wherever you go.

Streamline Your Business Expenses

HR Software

In today’s economy, it is important to always ensure that your organization is as streamlined as humanly possible. This will ensure that you can be a part of the employment solution instead a part of the problem. Few businesses realize how much money can be saved just by looking into their current procedures and business practices and making small, subtle changes. These changes can be made to ensure that you will be able to cut spending without sacrificing jobs, quality, productivity or service. All of these things can be saved just by cutting the fat in a few key areas, which will boost your employee’s morale and your reputation in the business community.

While this may seem like a daunting task it is important to look at your situation one department at a time. This is especially true if you offer your employees expense or reimbursement programs. This type of program is essential for the smooth running of your organization and can be one of the most wasteful areas of your entire business. The first step is to take a good look at the procedures and the time spent processing each report for payment. This can add up to hundred or even thousands in labor costs alone, depending on the number of employees you have with this type of benefit.

One of the best ways to get the maximum results with the least amount of effort is by implementing software that can process this type of report in a fraction of the time. This type of software works best by putting the control of reports directly in the hands of your employees, while cutting the wasteful spending that is ingrained in this type of benefit. The way this process works is each employee will become responsible for their own reports, which will boost their morale because they will have more control over what they claim as a business expense.

Once your employee has submitted their report directly into the system, it will then automatically check for errors or duplicate entries. This will save your accounting department a great deal of time because this step of the process is done automatically. There are even some software programs that will allow you to set strict parameters to ensure that only approved expenses are claimed. Once the check has been completed the report is either approved for payment or rejected and sent back to the employee for corrections.

While this type of program may not solve all of your organization’s problems, it will have the greatest results with the least amount of effort. This type of software will have many positive effects, including saving money, boosting morale and boosting productivity. You will see the saving within a very short time and will be able to build on it every month. Since you will also be boosting your employees’ morale you will be able to ensure that you will have a firm and loyal foundation to expand on once the economy has rebounded. One more advantage to this type of software is that it will automatically switch from simply saving your money to boosting your profits once the economy has rebounded because you will no long be wasting money on your expense and reimbursement programs.

Choosing a suitable degree

ITS Tutorial School Hong Kong

ITS Tutorial School has great information for students, teachers and the community.

  • We have native English teacher/s
  • IELTS Tutor/s and courses
  • Learn French
  • Learn Mandarin
  • Learn Sewing and Dressmaking
    • With universities now offering hundreds of different subjects, choosing a degree course can be a difficult decision and there is much to weigh up. Should you go for a course in a subject you feel a passion for or one that might offer better employment prospects?  If you’re making decisions based on the job market, you may have to predict what this will be like in three or four years’ time, which is not always easy, especially for industry sectors that are particularly vulnerable to changes in the global economy.

If you know what you want to do for a living, it’s a good idea to work backwards and consider what subjects are useful for your chosen career.  For instance, a student interested in media work may choose English, or mix this with languages, politics or history.  Most universities offer joint degrees, allowing you to take a combination of two subjects so you can keep your options more open.  Examples of these could be Economics and Mathematics, History and Business Studies, but some combinations will not be available at all universities you are thinking of applying to, so it’s important to do research beforehand.

Before making your decision on your degree course the following might be worth considering:

      What will you learn?

Module options and content can vary significantly even for courses with the same title at different universities, so reading all the details about the course in the university prospectus is a must.

      How will you learn?

Some courses will consist of more practical work, essay assignments and group tasks than examinations.  If you are someone who achieves better marks in essays and exams, you may choose a course that is more exam-based.  If you take this into account, you can play to your strengths and ensure you’ve chosen the course that is best for you.

Does it include a work experience placement?

Some courses include a period of work experience – this is normally for a year between the second and third year of your degree, though can vary slightly depending on the subject and the university you are attending.

A work experience placement will be very useful if you only have limited experience of the field you want to go in to, or no experience at all, as it will provide you with invaluable skills employers will look for when you start applying for jobs.

Working for a year can also give you an insight into what the real world will be like when you’ve graduated. It can also help you develop important skills such as communication, team work and problem solving, as well as being an opportunity to meet new people and make some friends.

You may also want to consider how many modules you can choose from and whether or not you can change the course once you have started.

It is also worth noting that to enter some professions it is no longer enough nor necessary to have a degree in a related subject, such as law, business, media and IT. Many employers now require graduates to get further on-the-job qualifications that provide appropriate training and professional development, regardless of what subject their degree was in.

If you already have a career path in mind, such as IT, journalism or medicine, then this should make your decision much easier. However, if you’re still undecided, it is probably worth taking a subject that you enjoy doing and/or are quite good at.  A degree needs independent thinking and self-motivation and you are far more likely to succeed at a subject you enjoy.

Del Mar – A Seaside Hideaway

Del Mar is a small, seaside hideaway approximately 20 minutes north of downtown San Diego. Flanked by water lagoons on each end, this elegant town is best known for its exceptional weather, world famous Del Mar racetrack, the county fair, beautiful beaches, fine dining and unique shopping.

With a population of approximately 4,500, Del Mar offers an oasis from the fast-paced life we live today. With 2 miles of coastline, Del Mar’s famous beaches are an ideal destination for beachgoers and surfers alike.

Del Mar’s history began in 1882 when a New Yorker by name of Theodore Loop came to Southern California to build a railroad to connect Los Angeles and San Diego. The original train tracks were laid down in Del Mark. Loop’s wife, Ella, named Del Mar after a popular poem the time entitled “The Fight of Paseo Del Mar.” Loop liked the area so much that he told people he had “found the most attractive place on the entire coast”.

The historic downtown village is lined with over 60 shops offering everything from high-end apparel to unique specialty shops. In the village you will find twenty five restaurants with plenty of outside patios to enjoy the ocean views. Residents and visitors alike enjoy several parks. Seagrove Park and Powerhouse Park are ideal locations for a picnic or a wedding, or for simply taking in the sunset. The city also hosts entertainment in the summer with free concerts in the park.

Fine restaurants can be found on the main street of Del Mar. The Brigantine Restaurant is a San Diego favorite for fresh seafood, steaks and oysters. They also offer great Happy Hours and a bustling Oyster Bar. Another fine dining options is Pamplemousse Grille which specializes in Grilled Country French. And, Sbicca – An American Bistro, offers visitors a Contemporary American menu.

The story of the Del Mar Fairgrounds began in the early 1930’s. The San Diego Fair was looking for a permanent home and Col. Ed Fletcher of the South Coast Land Company suggested the 184-acre site that the fairgrounds sit on today. The Fairgrounds opened in 1936 and a year after the fair opened, the thoroughbred racetrack was completed. Del Mar earned the nickname, “where the turf meets the surf” because of the racetrack. The racetrack and the annual San Diego County Fair draw millions of visitors from all over California and the world. While the racetrack is a large draw for the rich and famous and boasts of visitors from all over the world, Del Mar is still a small town at heart.

Whether you come to Del Mar to enjoy their beautiful beaches, shop in their luxurious boutiques and specialty shops, or are in town to take in the fairgrounds and racetrack, Del Mar is sure to leave you wanting more.

This active and wealthy community borders Phoenix and with over 200,000 residents and is one of the fastest growing cities in the United States. With over 7 million visitors a year, Old Town Scottsdale is one of the many reasons to visit.

Old Town Scottsdale preserves the origins of this community, and is near plenty of shopping and dining venues, featuring the Southwest cuisine the area is known for.

When you first step into Old Town, you get the feeling that you are walking onto a Western movie set. The street lights resemble wooden lanterns that lend to the Wild West atmosphere and motif.

Old Town provides visitors with a self-guided walking tour map that helps point out Scottsdale’s earliest establishments. Your first stop on the self-guided tour is the Little Red Schoolhouse that was built in 1909 and had two classrooms. In 1994, the historic structure was placed on the National Register for Historic Places. The school is now the home of the Scottsdale Historical Museum and displays items such as furniture from the early time period and a replica of one of the classrooms. Museum hours (September through June) are Wednesday through Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 4 p.m.

Other stops along the way are Porter’s Scottsdale’s first Post Office built in 1928 and Cavalliere’s Blacksmith Shop built in 1910 that is still family-owned and operated today. A must-see on this tour is the Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art. This museum was designed by the award-winning architect, Will Bruder, who combined modern architecture with an old movie theatre in town. The museum now houses five galleries of changing exhibitions and is completely devoted to modern art and design. The museum hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 5:00 p.m. The Scottsdale Art Walk is one of the most popular draws in town and boasts of more than 100 art galleries.

If you need a memento to pick up, Old Town has you covered. Authentic western gear such as cowboy boots and Stetson hats can found at the 80 year old Saba’s Western Wear. You’ll find that unique gift for the person who has everything at Esther Lynn Johnson Antiques. And, if you’re looking for authentic Hopi dolls and turquoise and silver jewelry, stop by the Gilbert Ortega Indian Jewelry and Gallery.

Your stop would not be complete without taking in some of the incredible dining opportunities in Old Town. Cowboy Ciao offers American while at Atlas Bistro located at 2515 N. Scottsdale Road allows you to sample international favorites. Café Carumba has an eclectic tequila bar and innovative menu and is located at 7303 E. Indian School Road. Portion Control Helps Reduce Waistlines

We are being bombarded by television and radio adds that promise quick fix diets. In reality we have had the solution all along, portion control. Doctors will tell you that the key to a healthy diet and maintaining a healthy weight is portion control. It’s pretty simple; if you eat less, you consume fewer calories. But, it’s easier said than done.

Research has shown that Americans often underestimate how many calories they are consuming by as much as 25%. More Americans are consuming their calories in the type of beverages they drink. Remember when you were growing up how much smaller your dinner plate was compared to the larger dinner plates being made these days? It’s no wonder we have lost our way and are now consuming more calories than the previous generation.

The best way to know how many calories are going into your body is portion control. Portion control means that you eat a specified amount of food per meal. For example, 6 ounces of fish and one cup of broccoli make up one meal. Measuring each food product allows you to control the amount of calories you take in. But, how do you accurately calculate portion size? That is where a Portion Control Scale can take the guesswork out of the equation.

There are number of portion control scales out there for you to choose from meant for kitchen use. Accuracy is critical when selecting a scale to measure portion control, so choosing a quality scale is very important. You wouldn’t want to select a cheaper model that might be off an ounce our two when you are measuring small portions.

Digital models have replaced the old standards and considered are the best for accuracy which is important when preparing your meals. Knowing exactly what you are going to eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks takes the stress away of those urges to stray from your meal plan. So, think of a portion control scale as a time saver. Rather than portioning out meals and snacks daily, take some time to plan ahead and portion out for an entire week.

Although the USDA specifies the recommended serving size, no one can memorize each and every ounce and cup for each and every food item. So, doctors are also recommending that you associate food size with something you can relate to. A few examples are: a cup of carrots, pasta or fish can be compared to the size of your fist. Nuts, chips and crackers can be measured by cupping your hand.

While you can control your calorie intake while at home, going to restaurants has it own challenges. Don’t be afraid to ask the waiter if you can modify your selection to fit your diet requirements. Most restaurants are happy to accommodate you in this respect.

By simply implementing a portion control scale, you will feel more in control of your health and well being.

Insurance

It is no secret that insurance is a necessity in today’s society, but your insurance does not have to be overly expensive to get good coverage. There are many ways to search for insurance, whether it is for your car, home, life or business and many companies will say they have the best rates and best coverage. The question is, how do you know for sure that you are getting a good deal? There are really two ways. The first is that you personally search all of the insurance companies in your area and then determine which one offers you the best insurance to fit your needs. This is both frustrating and impractical.

The best way to ensure that you find that perfect combination of coverage and price is by employing the services of an insurance referral agency. This type of company will conduct the search of all the insurance companies available in your area and will find the one that has the right combination of price and coverage. An insurance referral agency can be found either online or locally and they all have knowledgeable agents to help you choose the right policy to fit your personal situation.

Your insurance referral agent will also be available to give the best advice on how to customize your policy to fit your specific needs. This can be done in many ways, but he or she will give you advice on different service that are available that can make your insurance more effective and less stressful. An insurance referral agency can also offer you discounts that you may not even be aware of; this type of agency may also offer additional discounts to help you save even more money. This can lead to major savings every year on all your insurance policies.

An insurance referral agency offers policies to cover both your private and professional needs. There are policies that cover your car, home, and other business needs such as HGV, taxis, limousines, chauffeur, van and mini bus insurance. There may also be additional savings if you use the same referral insurance company for all of your insurance needs. This type of insurance company is dedicated to providing the highest quality insurance for the best rate. While your agent will try to save you as much money as possible, they will not always recommend the cheapest policy, but will continually offer the policy that offers the best coverage for the best price.

Everyone knows that insurance is a necessity, but it does not have to be an expensive part of your budget. Using an insurance referral agency can be the best way to acquire the highest quality insurance coverage for the lowest rate possible. Whether you’re searching for insurance for your personal or professional life, it is always important to be confident in the fact that you have gotten the best deal possible. The key to saving money on insurance is that you make the best-informed decision possible, and an insurance referral agent can help you accomplish this goal.

Finding a Buyer who Appreciates your Home’s Worth

Finding a Buyer who Appreciates your Home’s Worth

When assigning value to a home, real estate agents look at comparable homes. They count off the number of bedrooms and baths, the number of square feet of living space, acreage, how many cars fr in the garage, and a number of other statistical measures. Then they look for homes with similar numbers that have recently sold or are currently on the market. The recommended selling price of your home will generally be based somewhere within the range of similar properties. Some homes, however, have additional value that doesn’t show up in the comparable property study.

For example, if your home is adjacent to a golf course, that can add value, but only to certain buyers. If the property is being marketing to people who are interested in the community at large, but have little interest in golfing, then the unique benefits that your home’s location offered will not receive the appreciation or the valuation that it deserves.

To get the best value for your golf course home, the value that it deserves, your realtor must market it specifically to people to are willing to pay for the convenience and status of living next to a golf course. That means your realtor needs to be able to find area golfers, and be willing to pitch the home to them whether or not they have come looking for a golf course home. Orange County Golf Course Homes, for example, maintains a large data base of golf enthusiasts. Whenever a golf course home comes onto the market, they contact this list and let them know about the opportunity to buy a home that is right next door to a golf course.

These are people for whom the golf course location, not only adds significant value, but may actually be the most important characteristic of the property. In other words, these are the potential customers who are going to give you the fair value for your golf course home. If your realtor seems to be undervaluing your golf course home, or is comparing it to other homes that may be in the general area, but don’t enjoy the direct golf course access that your home enjoys without an added location premium, then they are likely not considering the extra appeal your home has to golfers, and they are probably not planning to market your home to golfers.

If you find your golf course home not being viewed and valued as a property with special value, it may be time for a change of realtors. Don’t settle for an underpriced quick sale; you could be giving up a substantial amount of money by selling your premium golf course home to the wrong people. Orange County Golf Course Homes specializes in matching golf course homes with buyer who understand and appreciate everything your home has to offer. If that’s the type of buyer you’re looking for, then you’ve just found the right realtor.
